Hottest executives in indian real estate industry with Yogesh Bhambri

Real estate industry in India has often been criticised for inefficiencies, no proper structure and people feel that this industry does’t have even basics of customer service and satisfaction. In the first of this series we talk with Mr. Yogesh Bhambri who is Sales Head with Runwal Group. Yogesh is armed with a MBA degree and at a very young age of 32, he is one of the hottest young real estate executive. Before joining Runwal, Yogesh has worked with big multi nationals like Citi Financials and Development Credit Bank. Currently he is handling a big portfolio of 14 projects in South Mumbai, Western Mumbai, Central Suburbs Thane and beyond Thane values ranging from 30 lacs to 45 cr. His success has been generating huge sales for his projects while maintaining a very satisfied customer base. As for his current organisation Runwal Group is one of the leading developers in and around mumbai and one of the top three developers in terms of land bank in India.

Regrob Team – Yogesh! What prompted you to join real estate industry ?
 
Yogesh – I have always been a learner and it always fascinates me to interact with organisation’s client base directly, listen to their view point and provide professional help where ever possible. I also heard about negatives of real estate industry before coming in but i saw an opportunity to help people get their life’s dream in the best possible manner, this factor brought me here. 
 

 

Regrob Team – These are times when developers credibility is down and people are thinking where to go for their home. Is it affecting you also?
 
Yogesh – True. In these times many developers are backtracking on their promises and customers are finding it difficult to believe the promises coming their way. But these are the times that differentiates wheat from the chaff and at Runwal we have a vintage of always delivering on our promises that has kept us in good stead. People believe in Runwal brand and it takes painstaking efforts from our side to complete them but it is this philosophy that has made Runwal successful over the years.
 

 

Regrob Team –  As the market is going down, is your sales is coming down too.
 
Yogesh – As i earlier said that in these times, you get to know the real strength of a brand. We have been delivering on our promises for long and it has helped us to generate a loyal base of client who are actually evangelist for us and it is heartening to see so many client coming back with their friends and extended family members to book their homes in new projects.
